Our A/C wasn’t working and we are from out of town and not used to the heat. This crew not only got us in right at 8, noticed it was a simple fix, and got us out within 30 minutes. Now we have an ice cold A/C in 100+ degree weather! You gentlemen wet fast, friendly, honest, and efficient. Thank you!

The guys up there are awesome. Squeezed my car in between all the work they were already doing to help with my battery. Was quick and easy! And the best part, they didn’t even charge me! It was a simple fix, but to do it so quickly and for free. Great customer service!

I am leaving this review because of the customer service, not because my vehicle was difficult to diagnose. I understand that vehicles can be complicated and that not every problem is found on the first attempt. My concern is how I was treated throughout this entire experience. My first interaction with the manager was positive. He was friendly and professional. However, the overall customer service I received after that was disappointing. When I returned because my AC still wasn’t fixed, I was told, “Sir, we diagnosed this in March, and now it’s June.” That made me feel like the blame was being placed on me instead of focusing on the fact that my car still wasn’t repaired. If the diagnosis was from three months earlier, why wasn’t the vehicle re-diagnosed before additional work was performed? A customer should never leave feeling like the problem is somehow their fault. Throughout this experience, I had to bring my car back five different times because the original repair did not resolve the issue. The communication and empathy I expected simply weren’t there. Rather than feeling like someone wanted to help me, I often felt like I was a burden for coming back with the same unres

We were stationed in Japan and recently moved back to the States. We bought a truck in Dallas and wanted to get it serviced before we started traveling to our next base. They were able to get me in and service most of the fluids on my truck. Dropped it off in the morning, picked it up at three. Service for flushing the brakes, coolant, differential, and oil change on my 1999 Ram diesel was just under $700. - The complaints I have were the six different oily hand prints on the paint, the oil on my center console, the engine oil dipstick shows the oil at an inch above the actual full line (I drained the oil to get it down to the full mark, see pics), leftover brake fluid on the master cylinder, oily hand prints on the rear sway bar, leftover oil on the differential from the fill, and the differential tag wasn’t put back on the truck. Disappointing.

Fantastic service! Mason, Ivan, the store manager all extremely helpful in my time of need. Felt like I was being helped, not taken. That's worth a lot. Never heard so many "yes sir" 's in one location in the hour I was there. I tried 3 times to give them money, but they couldn't help us so repeatedly "no charge" was the reply. Just great folks. Trust them with your car. Enjoy the donuts and coffee guys! Appreciate you.
